The team thinks that fitness should be about fun & variety. The have treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes & rowing machines for cardio workouts, ab crunchers, benches, balls & kettlebells for strength sessions. If you take your workout to water, there is a heated 18-metre pool, so you can still plough those lengths in the midst of winter. Looking for some coaching? The personal trainers of the hotel will be on hand to help you meet your goals, whether you're recovering from festive excesses or on the verge of your first triathlon. And they are planning a whole range of fitness & health-related classes to mix things up a little, be it music pump or meditation.
