The Latitude 13°

You'll find Latitude 13° nesteled in the leafy lanes on the northern edge of Malawi's capital city, Lilongwe. The Hotel offers a 24 hour Front Desk, unlimited check in hours, 20 long stay appartments, 6 garden suites and 3 club rooms. Furthermore there is a restaurant and a bar with food and drinks from all corners of the world. The Hotel Latitude 13° is a centre of music, art and fashion.

The Hotel offers their guests 65-square metre rooms of soothing and stylish bliss. Queen-sized beds, walk-in showers, full-sized baths, sumptuous sofas, acres of space for busying yourself with business, and views over lawns and trees to help you make sense of whatever is occupying your mind.

The Gym

The team thinks that fitness should be about fun & variety. The have treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes & rowing machines for cardio workouts, ab crunchers, benches, balls & kettlebells for strength sessions. If you take your workout to water, there is a heated 18-metre pool, so you can still plough those lengths in the midst of winter. Looking for some coaching? The personal trainers of the hotel will be on hand to help you meet your goals, whether you're recovering from festive excesses or on the verge of your first triathlon. And they are planning a whole range of fitness & health-related classes to mix things up a little, be it music pump or meditation.

For the Team, sustainability is not a side note, but a centre-piece. They were founded as a group on the broadest interpretation of the term: sustainable environments, communities, careers, businesses, relationships and materials. Almost everything you experience as a Latitude 13° guest reflects this ethos. And it's not done to make you think they are nice ethical people, but because that's who they are.
